What materials could I use to make a good LMG replica?
I want to make a replica of the M240 light machine gun for a movie prop, since it's just for a school project we only have a limited budget so we can't afford to get a BB gun or any other custom-made gun replica; at least not an M240.
So, we decided to make use of some of the junk over here. Problem is, I don't know what parts could be made out of what materials. I'm quite sure we can cut and shape some of the materials here to an extent. Black boxes with tubes sticking out of them will NOT do.
