Meerschaum Pipe Information
Meerschaum pipes are originally crafted by artisans in Turkey using the finest quality sea foam taken from Asia Minor, mainly from the lands of Eskisehir in Turkey. Meerschaum smoking pipes are distinguished and highly recognized as the best crafted pipes ever since it was introduced in the market decades ago. The secret behind the antique quality of these pipes relies on its ingredient called Meerschaum or literally known as "sea-foam". Meerschaum is a mineral, scientifically recognized as hydrous silicate of magnesium which is among the most porous substances found in the planet. Meerschaum are normally found under water and is formed by fossilized shells of tiny sea creatures that settled in the ocean thousands or even millions of years ago.
