Can someone please interpret this strange and creepy dream?
Im in a dream where Im standing in an old boathouse and I look around and there's old and dusty furniture and when I turn around there's an elderly man in a rocking chair dressed as a tug boat captain smoking a pipe and when I back away a door nearby opens to perfect darkness and a wind tries to drag me into the door backwards as inhuman arms try to drag me into the darkness. The last time I held the door frame and pulled forwards but it was a tough tug-o-war. The elderly guy doesn't bother me as he looks like an older version of myself in sailing gear but the arms and door is real horror movie stuff. Any ideas on what this means?
I have had this dream for years with different results but I never have been pulled in.
