Need an outfit. Please help...?
Ok, so my cousin is getting married in about a month. I have always been the quiet shy girl in the family (have never even worn dresses). However, I want to surprise everyone for the wedding. Can someone please help me by basically making an outfit for me for that day. I know that a lot of stores have outfits set up on their websites, but I'm asking someone to help. I'm not really picky on colors, but since it is a Catholic wedding, it can't be too revealing. So if it's a strapless, I need something to go on top. I'm almost 20, light skinned, have black curly hair, weigh about 115-125 lbs. (I wear a size 5/6 jean), and I am about 5 ft. 4 in. I hope this type of description helps you out. P.S. On a budget so please nothing too expensive 
Get a simple, white, tight dress. not too short, and not too long. Dont make it silky, i think its maybe too formal. with a Hat of some kind.
