have 2 overflow pipes coming from boiler one of them has a slow drip of water is this normal?
boiler is slant fin liberty 11 model ld-30pt. it's 2 years old and never saw drippings before this time.
Call a plumber
It may be your Pressure relief valve ( see link below )
Put a bucket under the pipe and GENTLY lift up the lever . Hot water will come out ( probably a little black water ) Do this for a couple of seconds . Wait about a minute
If it does'nt work call a plumber .
Your other one is a pressure reducing valve don't mess with this one call a plumber
